Wisconsin Party Punkers, Sunspot, Head Out On Spring East Coast Tour

Madison party-punk trio and Road Cat Records recording artists, Sunspot, is pleased to announce their Spring 2003 East Coast Tour for the week of April 10th to 20th. Following a very successful East Coast tour in 2001 and two monstrous Texas tours in 2002, where Sunspot found a receptive and enthusiastic response to their melodic brand of modern rock, they have booked shows in such diverse cities as Lafayette, Pittsburgh, Toronto, New York City, and Dover. After showcasing their act to the Midwest for the past several years, Sunspot is excited to take their intricate vocal harmonies, tight rhythms, and catchy, emotional songs to their expanding audience across the country. They know that they can show the East Coast the best that Midwestern music has to offer, and are energized to demonstrate what a live Sunspot show is like: a tornado of non-stop energy, blazing guitar work, killer grooves, and compelling music.

With their recent signing to Midwest record label, Road Cat Records, and over fifty live appearances last year, 2003 is looking to be the best year for Madison's hardest-working band. Currently promoting their sophomore album, "Loser of the Year", Sunspot is excited about taking their music on the road again. Sunspot has been heard on such Midwest stations as KGRR, WJJO, WMAD, WIBA, WFBZ, WLZR, WLUM, WSUW, and WAPL. They are currently enjoying popularity on National Radio in the UK as well, so it's only a matter of time before they take their music to the rest of the world!
